On Sunday, a man angry about the recent killings of Alton Brown and Philando Castille, ambushed Baton Rouge police officers at a gas station and opened fire. In all, six officers were shot, and three officers have died, with one still in critical condition. The shooter is a former Marine associated with the radical group Nation of Islam, whose social media activity reflects a hatred for cops and government authority in general.
