ISIS claimed responsibility for two bombings that killed 49 people on Palm Sunday in Egypt as Coptic Christians celebrated the holiday. The attacks took place in Tanta, where a bomb was set off inside of a church, and Alexandria, where the attack occurred just outside of a church.
In Stockholm on Friday, a man utilized a delivery truck to kill four people and wound fifteen more. The attacker is believed to a Uzbekistan man who unsuccessfully sought asylum in Sweden. The suspect was not killed in the aftermath and is in custody waiting trial.
This two attacks come shortly after terrorists hit a Russian transit system, killing 11 and injuring more than 40 in St. Petersburg.
